“This was my first committed experience with coaching. Making a commitment to work together over 5 months was perfect choice that came at just the right time for me. Over the time we worked together I had a big career shift, transitioning from teaching fitness part time while working as a full time marketer at an architecture firm to teaching full time fitness. Sydney was not only a support for me during this time when I had the moments of fear and my “gremlin” speaking loudly but also during our sessions to give me the tools I needed to continue to push through the work ahead and to grow.
As someone who is newer to working in this way, I felt very confident in her ability to help me, she was professional and personal. I enjoyed the plan we had established and the flexibility within the plan. Her creativity came through in a fun and magical way in our sessions and she helped me ignite the creativity I have within myself. She helped me become more confident as our sessions progressed and helped me see what I was holding back from myself. I really appreciated how organized she was and how she was open to feedback, which helped to make our experience together fit the support I needed in that time of my life.
Having Sydney as a coach impacted my life immensely. It helped me to build my confidence and take a big leap in my career! Sydney is a great coach to work with if you are new to coaching. Her supportiveness, her ideas, her creativity, her kindness, and her desire to help you grow will make you glad you took the step to work with her for yourself.”

"There’s a lot to be said about the energy Sydney brings into the room. Actually, there’s not enough to be said about the energy Sydney brings into the room, and into her actions, her intentions, how she is with people, and what that cultivates.
I had never had a coaching session before, and I came in with pre-conceived notions, but it was not what I expected. One minute I was talking about something that was very present and very real and then the next thing you know I was having a spiritual experience. Sydney walked me through a somatic experience and threaded through it tangible ideas and things that I could take out of the session. As soon as the session ended I just felt so grateful.
I’ve been to a number of psychotherapy sessions over the years and this was significantly different. Sydney allowed me to have a physical experience in my body and guided me to visualize, experience, and actually feel feelings of warmth, gratitude and friendship in the moment. I experienced an amazing sense of bliss that I’ve never had in a therapy session. The closest time I’ve ever had that sense of bliss in any type of “session” would be in a yoga class where I had my ass kicked for like an hour and a half and then was brought down into a very deep Savasana.
I find it hard to believe that most Coaching is anything like this. This was really powerful and I was really surprised. I think that anyone would benefit from this. Everyone should try this with Sydney. I don’t think this is a thing that one can just be trained to do. I really believe that there is something to be said about who Sydney is and how she exudes herself. I just feel really empowered.

"I found coaching by “chance”, but let’s be honest, things like this aren’t accidental... Like many people, I had been dealing with major changes and was not confident in my decisions or the direction I was heading. I was feeling quite lost and uncertain when the opportunity to work with Sydney presented itself. From our initial conversation, I knew I had found what I was in need of.
Sydney brings an incredible amount of insight and intuition to the coaching sessions topped with a whole lot of love. Our discussions and discoveries range from helpful and inspiring to borderline magical. Throughout the session, Sydney incorporates a variety of tools to help work through challenges ranging from visualization exercises and oracle cards, to yoga and breathing techniques. It’s a powerful combination that she gets just right each and every time. After our calls, I'm more grounded, more focused, and more prepared to make the meaningful changes necessary to bring more clarity and joy into my daily life. I’m so grateful to Sydney and her work.”

"Sydney coached me as I made an important transition in my life. She worked with me to identify the conflicting perspectives I had about my life and put together a cohesive perspective I could really identify with. She gave me so many good suggestions on how to show love in my relationship, pursue my biggest career goals, and move toward being my best self.
Her belief in me has helped me believe more in myself. She helped me see that I’m stronger than I think I am. She helped me restore my belief in my dreams, my hope for the future, and my sense of self-worth. Without her support and influence, I think I would still be selling myself short in a lot of ways. I still have a mantra she gave me over the mirror in my room and a stone from one of the exercises we did together on a little altar in my room. Her coaching is keeping me going, even today."

"It was my first time working with a Life Coach and to be honest I was a little apprehensive about it. Getting a Life Coach doesn't have to mean your life is in shambles and you need someone to help pick you from the rubble. I was looking for a change in certain aspects of my life that I was having a tough time accomplishing. Sydney helped examine my hopes and dreams and helped me focus on how to achieve the ones that we're truly meaningful for me. No hope too big or small.
Working with Sydney, she helped me question why I wanted these changes, made me realize why they are truly important (or not), and help me create manageable steps to move forward with accomplishing these goals. She helped me look at these goals from a different perspective and thought process, made the objectives (large and small) feel more attainable, and provided me good insights and steps to help me get there. Her follow-ups helped keep me on track. Knowing I was reporting back to someone that genuinely cared, other than myself, I could stop convincing myself otherwise with, 'I'll get to it tomorrow.'
Sydney is friendly, understanding, knowledgeable, centering and insightful, with a professional level of respect, friendliness and expertise. She helped me get on the right path and I'm now happier and more accomplished for it. I've worked with therapists, psychologists, and social workers but I'd never worked with a Life coach before, and now I'm recommending them... and more specifically Sydney, to all my closest friends."

“I decided to try coaching in order to gain coping strategies and insight into why I feel sad sometimes, and my expectations were definitely met. I gained lots of tools and tricks and I really loved that Sydney would follow up after every session with an email recap for me to refer to. It’s been nice to have these recaps and tools to go back to.
I also loved how Sydney created a somatic experience by having me move around the space and cultivate certain feelings. I still use the visual cues we developed to remind me of these experiences. As a coach, Sydney is easy to talk to, relatable, and confident.
I recently started helping a friend that is just starting out as a coach and it made me realize how much effort and work Sydney has put in to be as good as she is. I think she is truly gifted at this.”

“As a general skeptic about these types of things, I have to admit that I was extremely impressed by Sydney's ability to navigate through stresses on my mind and arrive at the core issues to delve into. While we didn't solve all the worlds problems immediately, it was helpful to figure out what would make the most sense for me to make improvements in various areas of my life. I didn't come into it with any specific goals, but more of a curiosity of what the coaching process could involve and what self improvement could look like.
The sessions are definitely very collaborative and was clearly tailored to my specifics vs. boilerplate tactics - there were also tangible follow up exercises to think about and implement in every day life.
I'd recommend taking the chance on an introductory session if you're at all curious as there's nothing to lose and I was happy with what I ended up discovering about myself.”
